STPES of Giving thanks
1. STOP: stop and see at what God has done for you and the reason why you should give thanks to him.

2. LOOK: Look at what God has done for you and see the reason why you should give thanks to Him.

2. LISTEN: listening to the Holy Spirit enables you to know how to give thanks to God.

4. Give thanks to God after stopping, looking and listening to the Holy Spirit now enables you to Thanksgiving to God.
